How much does a name garland cost?

As every order is uniquely crafted, our pricing is tailored to your specific design. Please find our base pricing structure below: 12cm Letters: £3.50 per letter 18cm Letters: £4.50 per letter Characters: £4.00 - £5.00 each, depending on design complexity. For example: "Scott", a five-letter name would be: £17.50 in 12cm lettering and £22.50 in 18cm lettering We would be delighted to provide you with a complimentary, personalised quote. How much is a hanging initial?

As every order is uniquely crafted, our pricing is tailored to your specific design. Does the quote include postage ?

To ensure you are charged the most accurate postage fee, our initial quotes do not include this cost. As each order is bespoke, the final weight and size can vary. Once your order is complete, packaged, and weighed, we will contact you to discuss and arrange the most appropriate delivery method and provide you with the precise costing for your delivery.
When do I need to pay my deposit?

Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed, we require a deposit to confirm your order and secure your place in our schedule. As soon as the deposit is paid, we will begin creating your unique items.
When do you need to pay your final total or postage?

When your order is finished and ready to find its new home, we will get in touch to arrange the final steps. At this stage, we will request payment for the final balance and the postage fee. Your beautiful new items will be sent on their way to you, or made ready for collection, as soon as the final payment has been made.
What payment methods do you accept?

To settle your invoice, you can choose from the following payment methods: Bank Transfer: You can pay directly via BACS using the account details found on your invoice. Payment on Collection: If you are collecting your order in person, you have the option to pay by either: Cash Credit/Debit Card (Please be aware that a small surcharge applies to card transactions to cover processing fees).
