Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed, we require a deposit to confirm your order and secure your place in our schedule.
As soon as the deposit is paid, we will begin creating your unique items.
When your order is finished and ready to find its new home, we will get in touch to arrange the final steps.
At this stage, we will request payment for the final balance and the postage fee.
Your beautiful new items will be sent on their way to you, or made ready for collection, as soon as the final payment has been made.
To settle your invoice, you can choose from the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer: You can pay directly via BACS using the account details found on your invoice.
Payment on Collection: If you are collecting your order in person, you have the option to pay by either:

To ensure your order arrives safely, we provide two trusted Royal Mail services for you to choose from at the final payment stage:
Royal Mail Tracked: Ideal for those who wish to monitor their delivery's progress with detailed online tracking.
Royal Mail Signed For: Provides peace of mind with confirmation of delivery and a signature from the recipient.
Additionally, we are pleased to offer a free local collection service. If you live nearby, contact us to arrange this and schedule a convenient collection time once your order is ready.
Once an order is confirmed and work has commenced, any requested changes to the design, colours, or lettering can disrupt the production process.
While we always do our best to accommodate requests, please be aware that changes may not be possible once production has started. Any modifications made after confirmation may incur additional charges and could affect your original completion date.
We offer a 3-day grace period for cancellations after an order has been confirmed with a deposit.
The deposit is used to secure your production slot and begin sourcing materials for your unique, personalised item.
For this reason, if you request to cancel within 3 days, your deposit can only be refunded if we have not yet started the creation process or incurred material costs.
After 3 days, we cannot accept cancellations, and the deposit becomes fully non-refundable.
As every item is uniquely personalised for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than a fault with the product. Our priority is that you love your order, so if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
Kindly provide a description of the issue along with photographs, and we will promptly work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the personal information that is essential to process and deliver your order. This includes:
Your name
A contact detail (email address or phone number)
Your postal address for delivery
Your personal data is used exclusively for order fulfilment, such as communicating with you about your design and shipping your final product. Your details will never be sold or used for third-party marketing, though your name and address will be shared with our courier (e.g., Royal Mail) for the sole purpose of delivery.
We're so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. We package every item with the utmost care, and we want to resolve this for you quickly.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery and provide the following:
A description of the damage.
Photos of the damaged item.
Photos of the outer packaging, even if it appears intact.
Once we have this information, we will work with you to arrange a repair or a replacement as swiftly as possible.
